The thing with lists that makes them popular with both writers and readers is that there does not need to be any logical structure or reasoning in the document as a whole. There&#039;s no need to support a conclusion with evidence, or an explanation with theory. Just post a bunch of unrelated points about a topic, and people will think you&#039;re a guru.</description>
